      <image:caption>After 4 years of conducting training for educators, 98% teachers reported a need for ongoing instructor-led professional development training. Problem: Grant funded projects are not able to sustain professional development for teacher preparation programs. Therefore do not have adequate training for new staff, and faculty. Solution: Microlearning activities incorporated into learner's daily routines and tasks. Here is an example of a session flipped into microlearning using push technology through push media, which reduces the cognitive load on the learners.
